We had an amazing time at the hot springs! The pools were relaxing and the water slides were so much fun. The resort was beautiful and we felt pampered throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the grounds were well-maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Baldi Hot Springs Hotel & Spa for a few nights and had an amazing time. The junior suite was absolutely stunning, especially the luxurious bathroom and balcony. The hot spring pools were a highlight, with different temperatures and special features like waterfalls. The Italian restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food. The staff, especially Tonya at check-in and Ruth at checkout, were friendly and helpful. The spa experience, particularly the foot and head massages, were a treat. The location was perfect, offering a great view of the Arenal Volcano.

baldi hot springs hotel & spa surpassed my expectations during my recent stay in la fortuna. the pools were stunning and the staff was courteous and attentive. there were plenty of activities to keep me entertained and the overall ambiance was enchanting.

The staff, especially Sharon, were awesome and had great suggestions. The excursions we booked through the hotel were easy and enjoyable. Having hot springs, ATV'ing, and ziplining all in one place was amazing. It wasn't crowded, and we often had the pool to ourselves. Breakfast was awesome, and the surroundings were beautiful.

had an amazing time at a stunning jungle resort in La Fortuna! The 25 thermal pools were a genuine 'wow factor' and the spa was excellent and fairly priced. The proximity to the cute town was a bonus, and the nature walks were fun.

I loved the setting of this hotel. The hotel is surrounded by lush jungle and there are beautiful paths to stroll through. The 25 thermal pools were absolutely amazing and well-maintained. There was a nice range of pools in different sizes and temperatures, perfect for everyone's preferences. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was especially warm and provided detailed information about the property. The Costa Rican buffet for breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The cleanliness of the pools and facilities was top-notch. Moreover, the hotel has good security measures in place, both for general access and for the car park.
