We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well located, with easy access to several subway lines. Additionally, it is directly across the street from Carnegie Hall and within walking distance of Central Park and most attractions in Midtown. The location is also convenient as there is a metro station right opposite the hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great restaurant with delicious breakfast options. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch.

The staff here are exceptional and cater to all of your needs. They went above-and-beyond to accommodate all my requirements and were even generous with providing me with an extended check-out. The location here is great as it's in the heart of midtown. The room amenities were fantastic with ironing facilities, air conditioning and flat-screen tv.

The hotel has modern, large, immaculate and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. The little extras like the Nespresso coffee maker and Fresh toiletries make the stay outstanding. The staff is amazing, friendly, and very helpful, going out of their way to make the stay extra special. The location is incredible, just steps away from Central Park.
