As a group of women traveling alone, we loved the quiet and private atmosphere created by the interior courtyard with gardens and pool at Irazu Hotel & Studios. The beautiful pool, jacuzzi, and landscaping provided a serene and relaxing environment. The staff, especially Ruben at the casino bar and William at the reception desk, were friendly, patient, and helpful. The free happy hour at the casino bar was a great perk. The hotel also offered a free airport shuttle every 20 minutes, which was convenient for our last night stay in Costa Rica. the hotel provided a safe and enjoyable experience for us as women traveling alone.

The layout was impressive, with a beautiful garden and plenty of space to relax in both the lobby and the garden. the tall palm trees added a nice touch. the check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Edgar who checked me in right away, even though I arrived early in the afternoon. the beds were comfortable for solo sleeping, and I appreciated the convenience of having a Denny's and a casino within the hotel. the WiFi was strong, allowing us to watch a football game on our computer without any issues. I also enjoyed having a coffee maker in the room. the location was convenient, being close to the airport with a shuttle service available. the pool and hot tub were of a good size, and the breakfast was excellent. all the staff members were helpful and friendly, and the interaction with my children was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely return to this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was diligent and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were very alert and attentive to our needs, making us feel well taken care of. We were particularly impressed with their assistance when we lost our passport during our trip. We explained the situation to them, and they went above and beyond to track it down and have it returned to us within 2 hours. It was truly outstanding service.

I had a great stay! This place was convenient for me since it was close to the airport. The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly. My room was comfortable and there were no problems with the housekeeping. The pool looked nice, even though I didn't use it. I also liked that there was a tour planning office here, so I could book some fun things to do.
