The area and cabins are nice. Most of the staff is friendly. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, especially the showers. Beautiful gardens with vibrant flowers and birds. Open grass areas for dogs. Standard breakfast options. Amazing botanic gardens with hot springs pools, hummingbird and butterfly gardens. Charming chalets. Staff is accommodating and informative. Great restaurant. Relaxing atmosphere. Helpful staff for tours and phone assistance. Pleasurable horseback ride and spa appointments.

A relaxing and rejuvenating stay at Blue River Resort. The hot springs were amazing, providing a variety of temperatures to suit everyone's preferences. The spacious and clean rooms were perfect for unwinding, with rocking chairs and a hammock on the porch. The beautiful flowers and well-maintained surroundings added to the peaceful ambiance. The massage at the spa was lovely, and we enjoyed exploring the botanic garden and observing the native plants and animals. I highly recommend this resort for a beautiful and peaceful getaway.

We had a fabulous time at this venue. We loved the location amid the rainforest and the wonderful gardens, which were stunning. The staff, especially the manager, were exceptional, making us feel welcome from our arrival to our departure. We enjoyed the full body massage and the facial, which were incredibly relaxing. The outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace were great places to unwind after a day of hiking.

The complimentary breakfast was really great and tasty, adding to the convenience of the location, which was close to all the sites and attractions that we wanted to see. Another complimentary feature that we really appreciated was the free Wi-Fi, which made it very easy to share our adventures on social media. we really enjoyed the beautiful views from our room.

The other thing we didn't like was the tiny bathroom, which made it difficult for us to move around and get ready comfortably.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, right in the middle of the lush rainforest. The hotel offered a wide range of activities such as rafting, horseback riding, and zip-lining, which made my stay incredibly exciting. The hot spring swimming pools and mud bath were a unique and revitalizing experience. I also had the opportunity to visit a magnificent waterfall at this hotel. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, and the garden walk and hammocks provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The view of the river within easy distance was breathtaking.

Beautiful botanical garden with butterflies and hummingbirds. Exciting tours like zip-lining, hiking to waterfalls, horseback riding, and the Cathedral waterfall hike. Ronald, the guide, was super knowledgeable. Comfortable and clean rooms. Wonderful staff especially patient with children. Fun animal areas and pools with varying temperatures. Beautiful view of the volcano. A perfect place to relax and stay busy.

Wow, what a value for the money! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and plenty of wildlife. The staff at Blue River Resort & Hot Springs were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast delights, but it would be nice to have a longer breakfast window to have a more relaxed morning.

We even had incredible wildlife encounters, including toucans and a basilisk lizard. The rooms were cozy and the onsite restaurant served delicious food. The eco-tours were worth every penny, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby beaches. we highly recommend this resort for a memorable and relaxing stay.
