Loved the large room with great A/C and the easy check-in process. Our friendly vibe fit perfectly for this quick stay.

the room was average and squeeky, not quite boutique as claimed. also, hot water issues were real a chore. despite mentioning my discomfort, no complimentary upgrade was offered—absolutely appalling! could've been a 5-star review, but the lack of personal touch was utterly disappointing.

Braw stay, loved the jungle views from my room—pure dead brilliant! Staff were super friendly, but the breakfast could be hit or miss. one day was cracking, the next a bit grease-ridden. Overall, a smashing spot!

The shower setup could use improvement to avoid splashes all over the place!!! A trash can in the bathroom wouldn’t hurt either!!!

Had an awesome time with my friends at this place! We got great tips on visiting the Sloth Sanctuary and the Jaguar Rescue Center. The rooms were clean and comfy, and there's a nice pool to chill out by. Free coffee in the morning was a nice bonus too. Totally recommend it!

One thing to note is that breakfast costs extra. it looked good, but I didn't end up trying it. Just keep that in mind if you're expecting it to be included.

The stay featured a delightful experience with comfortable accommodations, a refreshing pool surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, and warm hospitality from the staff. Each morning began with complimentary coffee and biscuits in the lobby, adding a lovely touch to the routine. However, minor issues included inadequate bathroom privacy and an unusual shower setup that caused splashes. While these moments were less than ideal, the overall ambiance and thoughtful service made for a memorable retreat.

Wi-fi was strong and the outdoor pool was refreshing, but breakfast could be better.

The location was perfect for exploring both the beaches and wildlife. We loved visiting the Sloth Sanctuary and relaxing by the impeccably clean pool while keeping an eye out for sloths in the trees. Staff were super friendly and even had a tour desk to help us plan our adventures.

In my wife’s opinion, having breakfast included would make mornings easier.
