I had the most incredible view of the famous Kintai Bridge from my spacious room at Iwakui Kokusai Kanko Hotel. The staff was friendly and the service was superb. The onsen baths were fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options, including both western and Japanese dishes. The staff was friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

Had a nice holiday xmas at a hotel located near a famous bridge and park. the food was great with both Japanese and American breakfast options. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hot springs were relaxing.

Bathrooms need to be renovated and the hot water took 10 mins to reach the upper floors. the rooms are small and not up to high US standards.

Amazing location! the hotel is just a short walk away from the famous bridge and old part of town. Lots of restaurants and beautiful sites to explore nearby. the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us a welcome tea and mochi upon arrival. Our room had a stunning view of the bridge and castle, and the outdoor furo was a highlight.

The room felt outdated and smelled like cigarettes, even though we requested a non-smoking room. the bed was not very comfortable, and the breakfast options were limited with no buffet or choice offered.

Secondly, the rooms, with their beautiful views over the Kintaikyo Bridge and the comfortable western beds, provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the breakfast served with an amazing riverfront view was a delight to start the day.
