Great location, helpful staff, superb pool, spacious and well-equipped cabins.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel near a stunning national park. The hotel's proximity to Ballena national park allowed me to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that made my stay even more convenient. Furthermore, the attention to detail and basic amenities provided ensured a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

No improvements needed, everything was great!

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was exceptional! The cabins were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The highlight of the trip was the beautiful pool, which had plenty of comfortable seating and was warm and inviting. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located only a short distance from the national park and some great restaurants, making it easy for us to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

While there were many things to love about this hotel, there were a few downsides as well. The bumpy, dirt road leading to the hotel was a bit of a challenge to navigate, and we were disappointed to find out that we had to pay to access the nearby beach.

Clean and spacious bungalow, excellent location near national marine park and restaurants, air conditioning in main room and bedroom, helpful English-speaking staff. Great kitchen and whale tale-shaped pool for relaxing and fun.

Nothing not too like.

Our family had an amazing stay at Bungalows Ballena. With 8 of us spanning 3 generations, the villa provided ample space for all. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed meeting friendly vacationers in nearby units. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the park and great restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly staff, especially Andres who gave us fantastic recommendations. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful family vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at Bungalows Ballena! The wooden lodge style villas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The well-maintained property had a special pool that the kids loved. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was just 300 meters from the national park and stunning beaches. There were convenient shops nearby for groceries, and the bungalows had everything we needed.

Bungalows offer spacious, well-equipped accommodations with two rooms. Beautiful pool and clean, pleasant garden. Just a 2-minute walk from a stunning beach. Friendly staff handled laundry. Highly recommended!

The location of the bungalows is fantastic, as they are right next to the entrance of the national park and just a short walk away from the beautiful Ballenas beach. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful in arranging our whale-watching trip and even provided umbrellas when it started raining. The bungalows themselves were spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen.

Some aspects of the design could be improved, such as the outdoor seating area being part of the parking lot and the windows in the bedroom not opening.
