I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel near a stunning national park. The hotel's proximity to Ballena national park allowed me to easily explore the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that made my stay even more convenient. Furthermore, the attention to detail and basic amenities provided ensured a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

No improvements needed, everything was great!

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was exceptional! the cabins were spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. the highlight of the trip was the beautiful pool, which had plenty of comfortable seating and was warm and inviting. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located only a short distance from the national park and some great restaurants, making it easy for us to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

While there were many things to love about this hotel, there were a few downsides as well. the limited kitchen glasses and the groaning toilet were minor inconveniences that detracted from an otherwise perfect stay.

Our family had an amazing stay at Bungalows Ballena. With 8 of us spanning 3 generations, the villa provided ample space for all. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed meeting friendly vacationers in nearby units. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the park and great restaurants. We also appreciated the friendly staff, especially Andres who gave us fantastic recommendations. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful family vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at Bungalows Ballena! The wooden lodge style villas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The well-maintained property had a special pool that the kids loved. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was just 300 meters from the national park and stunning beaches. There were convenient shops nearby for groceries, and the bungalows had everything we needed.
