I recently had a fantastic weekend stay at a hotel near the LRT station in Petaling Jaya. The rooms were well-appointed, with comfortable beds and divine bathrooms complete with bathtubs and nice showers. The hotel staff were friendly and always attended to our requests. In addition, the hotel offered numerous dining options and even provided discount vouchers for dinner. The location was convenient, as it was close to PJ Hilton Hotel's cafe and a new shopping mall set to open next year.

I did encounter a bit of a problem with the parking entrance, as it was a little too tight for my car and I had to maneuver carefully to avoid scratching it.

The complimentary fruit basket and the welcome festive cookies were a nice touch. the location near the shopping mall and the train station made it easy to get around. the rooftop pool had a great view of the city skyline.

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, and we found hairs in the bathroom and dust on the furniture. the staff seemed unfriendly and uninterested in assisting guests.

During our stay at Sheraton, we were impressed with the beautiful and spacious room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had a luxurious rain shower head and bathtub. We were also delighted by the stunning view from our room, without any obstructing buildings. The service provided by the friendly and accommodating staff was impeccable. They always had a smile on their faces and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The facilities and amenities were well-maintained and comfortable to use. One highlight was the delicious and extensive breakfast spread with plenty of options for vegetarians. The hotel even made special arrangements to make my wife's 40th birthday a memorable surprise. Our 5-year-old son didn't want to leave, as he begged us to stay at Sheraton forever. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The only concern we had was the window in the room that could be opened. Since we were located on the 29th floor, we were worried about our son's safety.

This hotel has exclusive amenities that make the stay luxurious. the room was spacious and had breathtaking views from the balcony. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation while enjoying delicious poolside snacks and drinks from the bar. the restaurant had special diet menus and in-room breakfast was served promptly by the attentive staff. The private facilities were excellent for relaxation after a long day of exploring the location advantages of the hotel. Cons: One minor issue was the location of the hotel in a busy area, making it difficult to turn in and out with traffic. the excellent service provided by the staff made up for it and ensured a seamless arrival experience.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Ms Fong Xin and Mr Amirul at the front office. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests and ensure that my room was well-prepared for my engagement. The housekeeping team, led by Mr Azli, exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness. The engineering team also deserves praise for their swift response to the incident with the TV, allowing me to have a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's classy ambience, friendly staff, comfortable room, and delicious dining options made my stay even more enjoyable.

Felt at ease and completely satisfied with my stay, no complaints whatsoever.
