Great value for the money, with comfortable and neat cabins and a private veranda. The location is excellent, with a stunning beach just a short walk away through a beautiful mangrove walkway. The staff, especially Julio, was very friendly and supportive, providing great customer service.

We've stayed at Cabinas Las Olas multiple times and it never disappoints. the accommodation is clean and functional, and the bar and restaurant on site offer delicious and healthy local food options. the proximity to the beach is a major plus, allowing us to easily enjoy the beautiful, peaceful wilderness. We had the pleasure of spotting lizards, snakes, and monkeys during our stay. the staff are fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We also appreciated their flexibility when we decided to stay for three nights instead of four, without any cancellation fees.

From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, our stay at Cabinas Las Olas was absolutely amazing. The hotel is nestled in a breathtaking rainforest environment with wildlife all around, including monkeys and iguanas. The locally sourced breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond in their service. The boardwalk to the beach and nearby Lola's was a scenic and convenient way to access water activities. Plus, the hotel was extremely accommodating, especially during our family wedding. Highly recommended!

Fantastic staff: the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, helpful, and engaging. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Lack of cleanliness: the bathroom inside the cabin could use some upgrades and a good scrub. the toilet was dirty and there was some mildew/soap scum build-up that needed cleaning.

The staff was super friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cabins were spacious, quiet, and had a unique, eco-friendly design. The location was perfect for surfers, with plenty of great waves nearby. the close proximity to the beach allowed for easy access and picturesque walks along the shore.

There were a couple of minor downsides. It would have been convenient to have a fridge in the room for storing food and drinks.

The on-site restaurant is fantastic, the wifi signal is strong, and there are plenty of activities to do nearby. a jaw-dropping experience!

I absolutely loved the close proximity to the beach, just a few meters away. It was incredible to walk over the bridge through the mangroves and be greeted with stunning ocean views. The beach itself was perfect for surfing and watching breathtaking sunsets. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Julio at the reception. Additionally, the restaurant served delicious meals and the breakfast was satisfying. the location and facilities of this hotel were top-notch.

Our recent stay at Cabinas Las Olas was fantastic. The location was perfect, situated between Liberia and the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. The property itself was beautiful, with large individual cabins set in their own private park. We loved the wooden walkway that led to the beach, crossing through the mangrove and providing us with incredible photo opportunities. The staff was friendly and provided good service, and the strong wifi signal was a plus. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the room cooled down reasonably in the evening. The atmosphere of relaxation and the abundance of wildlife sightings made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
