We stayed at a lovely room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden at Cabinas El Tecal. It was a great spot to watch birds, including hummingbirds and colorful macaws. The room had a perfect air conditioning system, which was important as the weather was really hot during our stay. The hotel also had a nice pool and a well-maintained garden. The room was equipped with convenient amenities like an electric frying pan and an electric boiler, making our stay even more enjoyable. Nicole from reception was extremely helpful and made our experience even better. it was a nice place with a good vibe, close to the beach and a nearby minimarket/restaurant.

cabinas el tecal in uvita was a pleasant surprise - the a/c worked great, there was a kitchen in the room, and the pools were refreshing. The staff at the front desk were kind and helpful, and it's conveniently located near a store and the national park entrance.

I loved how close the hotel was to the beach. It was just a short walk away, making it convenient for me to spend my days by the ocean. I had a fantastic stay at Cabinas El Tecal and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and affordable getaway.

there was no window in our room, which made it feel quite dark and enclosed. It would have been nice to have some natural light flowing into the room.
