The owner of Zacosta Villa Hotel, John, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. He personally greeted us upon arrival and even gave us a ride to the docks when we visited Symi. We also received a free upgrade to a larger suite and were delighted to find complimentary wine waiting for us. The location of the hotel was perfect, tucked away in a peaceful corner of the old town yet still close to all the main areas. The breakfast provided was excellent and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Despite some worn linens and towels, everything was very clean. I highly recommend Zacosta Villa Hotel for a wonderful stay in Rhodes City.

The perfect location for exploring the Old Town of Rhodes or for an overnight when travelling to and from Symi, as we were. The courtyard where breakfast is served is a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink or to read. John and Nikos were extremely helpful, picking us and our luggage up at the gates of the Old Town. Everything was perfect - pre-arrival John contacted me to check details, he picked me up in his golf cart and also took me to my ferry. The location was excellent, in the heart of the Old Town but down a quiet cobbled street, an oasis of calm, with a lovely walled garden in which to relax and have breakfast. Our host, John, took care of our every need and kindly ferried us and our luggage, including late at night in the dark, to and from the Amboise Gate and to the Akandia Ferry port - dragging wheelie suitcases on cobbles is hard work and taxis don't come into the Old Town. We had a large downstairs room, great because my husband has a bad leg. The shower was the most impressive I have ever seen. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice, cereal, Greek yogurt, rolls, fruit. John was happy for us to retain the room until we left in the afternoon - no check out sharp at 10 am! Lovely Ira, who cleaned our room and served breakfast, was also wonderful.
