Casa Luna Hotel & Spa gave us amazing value for our money with a beautiful room and stunning views of the volcano from our balcony. The location was perfect, just outside the busy main road, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with everything.

The breakfast selection could use a little improvement, but overall, our stay at Casa Luna Hotel & Spa was wonderful.

The hotel had amazing wildlife on its grounds, which was a highlight of our stay. We saw toucans, motmots, kingfishers, howler monkeys, and giant iguanas right from our room balcony. the view of the volcano was also breathtaking. the hotel also had its own craft beer, which was a nice touch. the landscaping was beautiful, with interesting plants and ponds full of frogs. the swimming pool and secluded jacuzzis provided a tranquil and relaxing experience.

The breakfast timing was not convenient for early morning trips, as it only started at 7 am. the service at the hotel was average, with some staff members not being attentive.

This hotel is great value for money, with spacious rooms and basic amenities like a lovely balcony to sit and enjoy the views of the forest. The service of the staff is also excellent, they were polite, inviting and very willing to help.

Located in a lush area near many popular attractions in the rainforest, this hotel is perfect for nature lovers seeking an open-side spa and a little jungle adventure. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding wildlife. The staff is helpful and accommodating, serving incredible breakfast with personalized omelettes and pancakes. You can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool or soak in one of the four jacuzzis on-site.

I felt like a princess at Casa Luna Hotel & Spa. The room was lovely and had a comfy bed, with daily cleaning and a great A/C system. I especially enjoyed having a fridge, where I could buy and store plenty of cold beer. The hotel has a pretty big garden with beautiful nature and colorful birds. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, with options like Gallo Pint, eggs, a meat dish. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the cute jacuzzies. Don't miss the happy hour drink, the Strawberry Margarita was delicious! We can't wait to go back again!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at a tropical paradise close to everything. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a stunning view of the volcano from our balcony. The hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, with a pool, hot tubs, and a tropical walking trail. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was diverse with fresh fruit and cooked options. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located near all the great tourist spots. Loved the Arenal Volcano view from my room. Also really enjoyed the food in the restaurant, and the friendly staff made my stay memorable. I highly recommend a stay at Casa Luna.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The grounds were stunning with a breathtaking view of the volcano. It was such a peaceful and relaxing place to be. I loved spending time on my balcony, observing the vibrant and colorful birds that frequented the area, including toucans. The showers provided hot water and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was made to order and had a great selection of dishes. The staff were attentive and helpful, and they even organized fantastic tours for us. The spa was a highlight, as the massages were incredibly relaxing. I had a fantastic experience and can't wait to go back.

Clean rooms, delicious food, and helpful staff made for a great stay. Easy to book excursions and taxis through them. Loved the pool and hot tub. Walking distance to the waterfall, but be prepared for a hike uphill. Nice touch with the complimentary shower products and breakfast included.

I recently stayed at Casa Luna Hotel & Spa in La Fortuna for 3 nights and it was the best overall experience out of the 14 places I've stayed at in Costa Rica so far. The staff were inviting, polite, and very helpful. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and provide a serene atmosphere. The breakfast and food at the hotel were exceptional, with fresh ingredients from their own garden. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer stunning views of the volcano and mountains. Casa Luna offers excellent value for money and is perfect for those looking to relax surrounded by nature's sounds.

I loved the location of this hotel in the rainforest, with breathtaking views of the Arsenal Vulcan. It was so close to the volcano and provided a truly immersive experience. The room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had amazing facilities, such as a beautiful garden and a luxurious pool area. It was instrumental in setting up activities for us to explore the surrounding area.

The prices were a bit overpriced compared to similar hotels in the area.
