The location is stunning, surrounded by rainforest and filled with wildlife. The ecolodge is comfortable, with a veranda and cozy beds. The staff, especially Diego and Fleur, are friendly and helpful. Organic food, excellent restaurant, and refreshing pool. Peaceful escape from everyday life.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they spoke English fluently. The location was perfect, as it was near all the main attractions in the area. The breakfast provided was delicious and included in the price.

Loved the natural setting of the surrounding rainforest and the beautiful trails. It was a great place to experience the local nature. the staff, particularly the naturalist, Diego, was outstanding. He made the rainforest come alive for us during both day and night hikes. the bungalows were extremely comfortable and had hammocks on the porches for relaxation.

The hotel is a bit overpriced for the style of rooms and amenities provided. It is quite far from town, making it inconvenient for activities and alternative restaurant options.

As young holiday goers, we loved the amazing variety of species we encountered during our stay, including toucans, sloths, monkeys. The nature walk with Diego was a highlight and the cabins were clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern amenities. The on-site restaurant served delicious fresh food, and the location surrounded by the jungle made it an unforgettable experience.

As a solo traveler, I loved the amazing location set in the jungle, with its remote and peaceful atmosphere. The front porch seating area was a great place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Rosie in the restaurant was incredible, providing excellent service.

The hotel was like a hidden gem in the rainforest. We had the best of both worlds - the amenities of a resort and the privacy of an Airbnb. The hot springs were incredible, and we always found at least one pool free of other guests. The food and drinks were delicious, and we loved having separate dining options by the pool and hot springs. The hike to the waterfall and the slide into the lake were fantastic activities. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage on our bungalow porch in the rain - so soothing. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even better.

Some aspects of our stay were not as enjoyable. The staff seemed untrained and unable to provide proper customer service.

Our New Year's stay at this rainforest resort was absolutely amazing! the bungalows were beautifully designed and offered complete privacy with lush landscaping. We loved waking up to the soothing sounds of the rainforest and sitting on the deck watching the colorful birds. the resort grounds were spectacular with a stunning waterfall, ponds, and hiking trails. We were also thrilled to spot eight sloths during our stay. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help plan activities. the buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of Canadian and Costa Rican dishes.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the pool area was disappointing as there were only eight lounge chairs available for the entire property, which made it difficult to find a spot to relax.

Almost perfect.

Exploring the rainforest and seeing all the exotic birds and animals on the property was the highlight of my stay. The hot springs were also a great way to unwind after a long day of adventures. I would recommend this hotel for nature lovers.

I had an amazing time in this place, surrounded by the greenery and natural beauty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also offered a welcome drink and a complimentary tour which was very informative. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and it had a very relaxing atmosphere.
