We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and grounds was impeccable. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful pool and restaurant balcony, were top-notch. We also loved the convenient parking available at the hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated near two stunning beaches and close to the charming villages in the Guanacaste area. The breakfast served every morning was delightful, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The owners and staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. They even helped me book exciting fishing trips and arrange transfers. The Papaya restaurant served mouthwatering breakfasts and delicious fusion dishes. The hotel's tropical garden added to the overall charm. I can't wait to return!

Traveling solo for the first time, the responsive and helpful staff at Conchal made me feel safe and reassured. Jennifer and Hilda assisted with transportation and tours, ensuring a smooth experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious with a balcony. The food was delicious, thanks to the chef Nester, and dinner was one of the best meals I've had in Costa Rica. The pool area was beautiful, and the surrounding wildlife added to the charm.
