The hotel's location is ideal, as it's close to great restaurants and shopping centers, with one water park right nearby as well. Additionally, the hotel is situated right across from a huge mall, making it easy to go shopping or grab a bite to eat. The rooms are clean and new, with staff providing friendly and helpful service.

There seems to be some inconsistency in room quality and attention to detail, with some guests reporting issues such as dirty bathrooms with missed cleaning of floors and showers, and lack of replenished toiletries during their stay.

The modern decorations and convenient location made our stay at Aloft Houston Katy enjoyable. The comfortable beds and clean room added to our positive experience. Although the pool towels were unavailable, the pool itself was well-maintained. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything we needed nearby. We appreciated the 24/7 lobby accommodations, especially the pool table, which we had a lot of fun playing on during our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel welcome throughout our trip. We also enjoyed the convenience of having microwaves and laundry machines available on each floor.

The walls in the room were thin and we could hear everything going on around us, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the sofa in our room was not clean and there were some sticky spots on the rug.
