We had an amazing stay at Dantica Cloud Forest Lodge. The upgraded room offered stunning views, space, and light. The marked trails around the property were perfect for exploring, and the restaurant served excellent food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at a lodge in the middle of a cloud forest. the private villas were perfect with stunning views, and the seclusion and privacy added to the magical experience. the bathroom was great, with all facilities working perfectly. the resort's eco-friendly concept was commendable, and the provided conditioner was a lifesaver for my sun-damaged hair. the breakfast was delicious, and the resort's efforts in being accommodating were evident when we received an extra portion without any additional charge. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay a real pleasure. a one-of-a-kind experience that shouldn't be missed.

We had a fantastic stay at the cloudforest lodge. the location was beautiful, with a stunning view of the mountain landscape from our room. the hotel provided ethanol for lighting, which was a nice touch. We also had the pleasure of being guided by Carlos, an extremely skilled birdwatching guide arranged by the hotel. the grounds were wonderful, with well-marked hiking trails. a special place for nature lovers and bird enthusiasts.

the location is absolutely gorgeous, nestled in the highest hotel in CR at 2600m with stunning views of the jungle through floor-to-ceiling windows. the balcony allowed us to admire visiting hummingbirds, while the spa bath offered a relaxing experience with jungle views. the restaurant was lovely, and we especially enjoyed watching tanagers, woodpeckers, and hummingbirds at the bird table. the friendly and helpful staff, particularly Oscar and Esperanza, made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the tours and private trails provided plenty of opportunities to explore nature.

Hiking to the room was difficult, especially with luggage; room was very cold at night and the provided heaters didn't work well;

I had a wonderful experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The view from my room was extraordinary, with big floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted views of the valley and mountains. The hotel also had a lovely glass-encased restaurant with decent food and great wine. I was impressed by the wonderful little art gallery showcasing Latin American crafts, curated with great taste by the Dutch owner's Colombian wife. The staff were warm and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My bungalow at Dantica Cloud Forest Lodge was the perfect secluded retreat amidst the stunning beauty of the cloud forest. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided breathtaking views, and the private balcony allowed me to immerse myself in nature. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the tour guides were knowledgeable. San Gerardo Valley is a hidden gem, untouched by mass tourism.

The Whirlpool in the bathroom was a luxurious touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. They even helped organize tours and provided valuable information about the area.
