It was all superb.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Doubletree in San Jose for a family vacation. The hotel has a lovely Costa Rican vibe with nice decor and a stained glass entrance. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and moved us to a quieter room when we mentioned the noise from traffic. The location was great, with safe and secure parking. The beds were comfortable and our family enjoyed the gym. The facilities were easily accessible and we were able to have meals and use the spa services. The staff were excellent, always happy and with a smile on their faces. They engaged with guests without intruding on our privacy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and I would gladly come back and recommend it to others. Thank you for the excellent service.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We loved staying at this place, as it was close to both international restaurants and downtown. The free airport shuttle was a plus, making it easy to get here after a late arrival. The staff was attentive and provided room service and laundry services. We enjoyed the drinks at the bar during happy hour, as well as soaking in the outdoor heated swimming pool.

I loved the two-bedroom suite at this hotel, perfect for a family. The gym, casino, pool area, and spa were amazing. The location was super convenient, close to the airport, and walking distance from a grocery store. Breakfast could be better but overall I'll recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the Hilton Cariari Doubletree for the first and last night of our 20-day vacation. The hotel's proximity to the airport and car rental services made it very convenient for our late arrival and early departure. The executive bar and amazing breakfasts were a great way to start and end our trip. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, with spacious rooms and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly and the hotel had plenty of entertainment options for both kids and teens. Plus, being able to bring our dog and enjoy the beautiful grounds was a wonderful bonus!

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The comfortable room and friendly staff were the best aspects of my stay. The staff went above and beyond, even delivering a fridge to our room upon request. The breakfast was also very nice, and the pool area was lovely.

One of the worst aspects was the lack of entertainment in the evenings. After dinner, there wasn't much to do, and it would have been nice to have some evening entertainment.

We had an amazing stay at Doubletree in San Jose! The staffs' excellent service made us feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel's Costa Rican vibe and decor added to the overall experience. The gardens surrounding the hotel were beautiful and provided a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the safe and secure parking and the comfortable beds. Special shout out to Stevan, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
