The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean, spacious, and had a spectacular view of the lake and Mt. Arenal. The location was convenient, close to the volcano park, Mistico, and hot springs. The staff, especially our host Daniella, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

During our Christmas stay, we were blown away by the incredible views of the natural surroundings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing both AC and fans to beat the heat. We also appreciated the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, which offered a variety of options and stunning views.

The distance from the main town, which made it a bit challenging to navigate the pothole-filled road, especially at night. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of closets in the rooms.

I particularly loved the Azteca soup and Caprese salad. The balcony of my room became a birdwatcher's paradise. I spotted several new species, including a nightjar that came every night to the road nearby. There were also hummingbirds and other beautiful birds in the surrounding shrubs and trees. The location was also ideal, as it was close to the volcano park, Mistico, and various hot springs.

Although I had an amazing stay, I must mention that the beds and bathroom were a little run down. The toilet got clogged and the towels had a slight smell.
