The hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded my expectations. The staff here are simply amazing - they were so helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The well-maintained grounds are a treat for the eyes, filled with lush tropical plants and a variety of birds, including toucans and sloths. The heated swimming pool, nestled in the lovely gardens, was a great way to relax and enjoy the afternoon. Additionally, the small hiking trail on the property allowed me to explore the beautiful surroundings.

Families will especially love this hotel. The staff eagerly accommodated our needs, even taking care of our wet clothes and returning them washed and dried the next morning without any additional charge.

The location, though a bit further from La Fortuna, offered a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for a slower-paced getaway. The onsite night tour and farm tour were informative and well-guided. The only minor drawbacks were the limited menu at the restaurant and the lack of a fitness center. I highly recommend Hotel Heliconias Nature Inn & Hot Springs for a memorable and relaxing stay.

I had an amazing stay at this family-owned nature lodge. The location was perfect, nestled between the Heliconias Nature Lodge and the JW Marriott in Guanacaste. It was close enough to the action in town, yet far enough that I could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and soccer field, were well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The breakfast spread was delicious, and I loved the fact that the hotel sourced ingredients from their own pineapple fields.

Our bungalow at Heliconias was a private sanctuary, surrounded by lush vegetation, beautiful nature trails, and stunning wildlife. We loved hearing the sound of the nearby river and relaxing on our private deck. we recommend this relaxing and peaceful spot.

Our romantic escape was unforgettable! the staff was incredibly charming, friendly and passionate about their jobs. We were surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine and two pieces of chocolate with our towels every day! the location was wonderful, with beautiful nature surroundings and easy access to the town. Our room was clean, cozy and had a stunning view, plus the breakfast and dinner were really varied and delicious. we enjoyed some tours arranged by the hotel, including a hot spring bath experience.

We wished there were more accessible facilities without walking, especially at night. Other than that, we had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!
