The rooms are quite big, attractively furnished, and clean. The breakfast offered is good, and tapas and wine at the bar are very pleasant experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering parking services.

I recently stayed at Infanta Isabel and had a wonderful time exploring the historic old town. The location is perfect, right on Plaza Mayor, with beautiful views over the rooftops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our Superior Room with View was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel even had a power adapter available to borrow. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was absolutely incredible! It was right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Also, the room was quite spacious and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the air conditioning in the room was not working properly, which made it quite stuffy and uncomfortable.

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the plaza. The staff were extremely pleasant and showed great thoughtfulness. Any problems we had were promptly addressed. Our room was spacious and pleasant, with period furnishings and a balcony overlooking the plaza. The breakfast had plenty of choices, including fresh fruit, and the coffee was excellent.
