The pools are beautiful and perfect for families. There are great group activities for kids in the pool. The food is delicious. We saw toucans and macaws overhead and monkeys in the trees at the beach. The calm surf is great for kids and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. The staff is very kind and responsive to our needs.

Enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks, as well as the comfortable beds. the location was convenient and easy to find. Also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf without having to go far.

Found the food quality to be below average, with limited options that didn't seem particularly fresh or well-prepared. the staff seemed uninterested in providing quality service, with long wait times and little attention paid to patrons.

The staff provides great service at the restaurant, offering a wide variety of delicious food options for all tastes, including authentic Costa Rican dishes. The front desk and reservations department seem to be poorly managed, causing inconvenience and delays during check-in and check-out.

The pool towels smelled clean and fresh, unlike in some other reviews. the hotel had a clean and new feel to it. The swimming pool was truly amazing, the best I have ever seen in Costa Rica. The hotel is located on a paved road just a short walk away from Playas Mantas beach. The hotel also offered authentic Costa Rican food, which was great. Although there were not many food options, the quality of the food made up for it. The staff was polite and tried their best to accommodate our needs. Despite the language barrier with few English-speaking staff, they were still helpful. If you are commuting with a car, make sure to call ahead for directions to the private road from the main highway to avoid the 5 km dirt road. Despite a few drawbacks, I would overall recommend this hotel.

This place is perfect for families who want to have a great time together. The outdoor swimming pool is big enough for everyone to enjoy, and there are plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. I also really appreciated the fact that there was a kids club which kept my children entertained. The location of this venue is great because it is so close to the beach. The service here is amazing, especially the room service which was always prompt and efficient. I also enjoyed the spa services which included massages and beauty treatments.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.
