We had a fantastic stay at a spacious and well-equipped apartment in the heart of the city. the location of Theater Row was perfect - right in the center of Reykjavik but on a peaceful street without any noise. the apartment itself was excellent, with tasteful decor and a beautiful view of Reykjavik Bay from some of the rooms. We found all the necessary amenities, including cooking utensils and basic ingredients, which made our stay even more convenient. Street parking was readily available, and we had no trouble finding a spot. we felt completely at home and appreciated the comfortable beds, thoughtful layout, and helpful information provided in a book on the table.

The location was perfect, with great shops, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. The staff treated us wonderfully and even allowed us to check-in early after our long flight. Plus, they provided us with snacks and drinks to welcome us.

We loved the central location of this apartment in the heart of the city. It was just off the main shopping street of Laugavegur and very close to all the tourist sites that we wanted to visit. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. Additionally, the apartment provided everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right in the center of the city. We were thrilled to find that all the tourist sites we wanted to visit were just a stone's throw away. Additionally, there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to explore the local cuisine. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy space to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

There were times when noise from the upstairs neighbors disturbed our sleep.

The apartment was exactly as shown online, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. the snacks and drinks provided were a nice touch, and the large kitchen table was perfect for our family. the proximity to bus stops, stores, and restaurants was just what we needed. Plus, the view of the water from some windows was a pleasant surprise.

The neighborhood was noisy at times, especially on Saturday night, but closing the windows helped. the balcony was not up to standard and the doors were sometimes difficult to open and close.

The staff were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us a late check-out and providing excellent communication throughout our stay.

The morning meal could be improved with the addition of a non-slip bath mat in the bathroom to ensure safety when getting out of the shower.

We had an amazing stay at the spacious Theater Row apartment. It provided all the necessary amenities for our family of 3 adults, 3 teens, and one child. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with perfect-sized beds, pillows, and towels. the large bathroom had an excellent shower. the kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to prepare full family meals. We enjoyed the comfortable living room couches and the beautiful view of the water and mountains from our windows. the location was ideal, within walking distance of downtown Reykjavik and attractions like Harpa. Einar, the owner, was helpful and decorated the apartment with a Christmas tree, making it even cozier. We truly had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Theater Row Apartments! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all that the city had to offer. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the linens were of high quality. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, although it could have benefited from a few more cookware items. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the breathtaking view of the water and mountains from our window. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this apartment.
