Lovely decor, firm beds, spotless rooms, helpful staff, safe area.

Beautiful, artsy with natural beauty and artistic flair. Comfortable, clean rooms/areas. Lovely seating areas, balconies, and terraces. Fantastic breakfast with local and continental food choices. Helpful and kind staff. Hidden gem in a loud, bustling city. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and attentive, especially the kitchen staff. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options and good quality. The hotel's location close to the university was perfect for us as we were visiting the university of Costa Rica. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the city center made it convenient for exploring the local area without a car. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the grounds were beautiful.

The staff were nice, with attention to detail. Lovely grounds and well-maintained property. Fantastic breakfast, unlimited coffee. Gym was well ventilated. Convenient location for shopping and exploring. Olde world charm, with antiques and artwork.

The property has well-maintained antiques and artwork. The owner made a good breakfast for us upon early checkout. There are two restaurants on site with incredible food. Beautiful gardens and attentive staff. Good internet connection for work.

At Ave Del Paraiso, I got great value for my money with lovely gardens and peaceful surroundings despite being close to a busy road. The staff treated me like family and the breakfast was the best ever, especially the fresh juice!

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to have a wider variety of options.

The staff were really nice and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests. the breakfast served at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the location of the hotel was convenient, especially if you need to be close to the university or want to explore the nearby neighborhood. the grounds of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained.

The room I stayed in was quite small and poorly lit. It felt cramped and dark, which made it difficult to relax.

Surroundings, awesome tile work, wonderful breakfast, close to many things, unlimited coffee and hot drinks, well-equipped gym.

During our recent stay at Ave Del Paraiso, we were impressed by the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel. It was a peaceful and serene environment that added to the overall ambiance of the place. The attention to detail and the variety of breakfast options provided were commendable. Despite the occasional noise from the busy street nearby, we were able to enjoy a comfortable and restful night's sleep. we would recommend this hotel for its excellent facility and friendly staff.

Breakfast had good fruit selection, but bread could be better. Location is convenient for activities at the nearby university, albeit close to a noisy road. Helpful reception, comfy common room, and extensive breakfast options. Airport pickup/dropoff, hot shower, and proximity to shopping and food. Beautiful, artsy with lovely seating areas, balconies, and terraces. Gem in a bustling city. Would return and highly recommend.

I got great value for my money at Ave Del Paraiso. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient, with the university nearby. The staff treated me like family and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could be improved by including Greek yogurt, which would pair well with the ample fruit provided.
