The location was perfect, right by the lake and surrounded by a lively area with restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

They were always ready to assist us with tour arrangements and their friendly service made us feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel's unbeatable location in the heart of Flores, surrounded by a lively and vibrant area, was perfect for exploring the island. We loved being just a stone's throw away from the beautiful lake, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at 'The Casona' in Flores. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the iconic "Yo amo Petén" sign and with convenient access to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful lake. The courtyard area with the jacuzzi, pool, and restaurant overlooking the lake was absolutely stunning. The sunset views were breathtaking. The staff at the check-in counter were always helpful and had a warm smile. I also appreciated the early breakfast arrangement for my early departure. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel with a great view of the lake. the staff at Casona De La Isla was kind and accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags early and use the pool before check-in. the restaurant served a filling breakfast, and the AC was a much-needed relief from the hot weather in Flores. the location was perfect, as we could easily explore Peten on foot. the rooms were spacious and clean, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend staying at this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and stunning lake view.

Our stay at Hotel Casona De La Isla was fantastic. The location was unbeatable, with the main strip and a delicious ice cream shop right outside the back door. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to accommodate our requests. We were impressed with the lovely lake view from the restaurant and the small but nice pool. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the lack of a water bottle filling station or a fridge in the room, we were able to keep our bottled water cool in the hotel fridge. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The only thing that kept me from going crazy was the fresh fruit that was served every morning. the location was ideal for my business meetings close by. the room was very quiet and peaceful at night.

The location of the hotel right by the lake and on Flores island provided stunning views. We had a pleasant stay at Casona De La Isla. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing great customer service. The location was perfect, with a beautiful lakefront view. The hot shower with good water flow was a nice touch. The pools looked inviting, although we didn't have a chance to use them due to their popularity. it was a relaxing and pleasant experience.

The only negative aspect was the price. We paid $65 US for a very basic tiny room, which felt a bit expensive.
