This hotel is in a perfect location, right on the outskirts of town and really close to the bus terminals. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are spacious. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They even speak both Spanish and English fluently. The breakfast options are plenty and delicious. The pool area is well maintained and the bar is a great place to relax. The secure parking is a big plus.

The music in the courtyard and pool area can be quite loud and repetitive at times.

The check-in process was not friendly and accommodating. the noise level in the hotel was high and lasted until almost midnight, which hindered our sleep.
