The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful vista of the hillside and sea. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

We found the prices for the hotel's restaurants and services to be quite steep, especially at the El Avion restaurant.

The highlight of my stay was the abundance of monkeys all around the hotel grounds. I could hear them and occasionally catch a glimpse of them swinging through the trees. It was a truly unforgettable experience. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to replace a punctured tire for me without me even asking. The warm pools were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring and the proximity to the park and restaurants made it very convenient. I also appreciated the option to book tours and taxis through the hotel. I had a fantastic time at Costa Verde and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is quite spread out and hilly, which might be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Additionally, the beach is a bit of a walk from the hotel and there are no amenities provided by the hotel at the beach.

We were disappointed by the homophobia displayed by some of the staff. This marred our overall experience at the hotel.

Great location, close to the beach and a national park. Beautiful grounds with three pools. The room was lovely and had air conditioning. The breakfast was good. The housekeeping staff was superb.

The adult-only pool and sun deck were amazing, and we enjoyed the breathtaking ocean view. The property also had showers and lockers, allowing us to continue enjoying the surrounding park and beach even after checking out. There were several restaurants with delicious food options, and we loved seeing monkeys and shoughs in the trees. we highly recommend this hotel.
