I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was great and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was surprisingly neat and situated in a very convenient location. It was close to everything in the city center, making it easy to explore. Highly recommended!

Our early morning tour left before breakfast time, but the staff kindly packed us a delicious breakfast to-go. They even called our room to let us know the tour guide had arrived. we highly recommend this hotel despite some noise and a small room.

Staying at this hotel was an excellent choice as it was located right in the heart of the city, allowing us to explore the historic center with great ease. The staff was extremely helpful, and the service was exceptional. Our air-conditioned room was cozy and clean, and it provided a comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was a great way to start our day, with a variety of options to choose from, including fruits and sandwiches.

Although the hotel had excellent facilities, it was a bit noisy at night, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's rest.

Being located right in the city center, this place is close to everything. The staff is friendly and offer good service. The airport shuttle service and in-room amenities like air conditioning and flat-screen TV are praiseworthy.

The breakfast at Hotel Cultura Plaza was absolutely delicious, especially their pancakes with honey and fruit. The rooms were impeccably clean and the bathrooms had fresh towels. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. Despite the small room, the air conditioning compensated for the lack of a window. The hotel also offered excellent value for money.

One drawback was the small size of the room, but it didn't bother us too much. Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood could be quite loud, so remember to bring earplugs.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the helpful staff at the hotel. They provided great advice on local dining options and even arranged shuttle services to the airport. the breakfast variety offered at the hotel was fantastic and delicious. I enjoyed starting my mornings with a wide range of tasty options. the hotel's location was key. It was conveniently located near numerous shops and eateries, making it easy to explore the area.

The lighting in the room was a bit odd as there were no real windows that let in natural light. outside of the hotel, I felt that the area didn't offer much in terms of safety and activities.

The hotel had cozy beds, a nice shower with hot water, delicious 1820 brand coffee in the lobby, and a mini fridge in the room. The location was in the heart of San Jose, close to shopping and dining. Families would appreciate the central location and the availability of a mini fridge.

Room updated, elevator, AC and fan. Excellent location, great view. Noise and cleanliness issues at another hotel, so returned here for 2 more nights. Modern lobby, professional staff, well-kept property. Luggage storage for early check-in. Taxi service from airport smooth. Safe for single female traveler. Value for money.
