I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The beds were amazing, so comfortable and the pillows were like sinking into clouds. The room size was good for two people and the bathroom, although a little small, was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with the tram stop right across the road and being so close to the seafront, pleasure beach, and other attractions. It was great for a young family like mine. The breakfast was superb and filled me up nicely. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

We had an amazing time during our city break in Blackpool! The hotel we stayed at was just perfect. The rooms were done up to a high standard and were immaculately clean. We really appreciated the comfy beds and the abundance of towels and amenities provided. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed but just away from the hustle and bustle. Plus, we had a lovely view that the kids were thrilled about. The owners were extremely friendly and made us feel like part of the family. It truly felt like a home away from home!

The exterior of the hotel could use a little love, but don't let that deter you. Once inside, everything was excellent and more than made up for the initial impression.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe the prices for such a comfortable and well-equipped room. The attention to detail was also impressive. From the little touches like a complimentary chocolate KitKat to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was thoughtfully provided. The location of this hotel was ideal. It's conveniently situated for exploring the area, with easy access to St Chads tram and just a short walk from the main attractions. I couldn't fault the service, basic amenities, or the cozy rooms with their incredibly comfy beds. Plus, having breakfast included in the stay was a fantastic bonus.

Had a wonderful Christmas break at this hotel. The hotel was nicely decorated and had a lovely friendly atmosphere. The food was abundant and delicious, definitely a highlight of the stay. The location was spot on, close to all the local attractions and amenities. The hotel also offered free WiFi, which was a great bonus.

The room was a bit on the small side and could have been more soundproof. We were able to hear noises from the neighbouring rooms.

The value for money at Mardonia was excellent, and the room was both comfortable and fancy, perfect for a romantic weekend surprise. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to the promenade and tram stop. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially towards our inquisitive daughter.

The rooms were quite small, which made it feel cramped, and the stained bed linen and dressing table stool were not a pleasant sight. Additionally, the slight smell of smoke in the corridors was off-putting, although it did not affect our room.
