I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Alajuela. The room was clean and tidy, with a beautiful garden view. The staff was very friendly, and they even brought me a refrigerator for my drinks at no extra charge. The pool was a great way to relax, and the breakfast on the outdoor terrace was lovely. I also enjoyed exploring the area and visiting Zoo Avenue. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Alajuela.

We stayed at Hotel La Rosa De America for a couple of nights after a long travel day and it was the perfect place to unwind. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even providing us with food when we arrived late at night and everything was closed. They also arranged for a shuttle and the rental car to be delivered to the hotel the next day, which made exploring the area a breeze. The hotel is located in a quiet area and has beautiful gardens and a pool, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the secure on-site parking and the option to leave our car there while we were away on our trip. the staff were friendly, the facilities were great, and the location was convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It felt like an urban oasis with all the flowers and birds in the quiet garden setting. The staff went out of their way to look after me, especially since I arrived late. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was fantastic, with a nice selection of food to choose from. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, including a pool and lounge area. The location just outside of the city was perfect for a few days of relaxation.

The restaurant staff provided exceptional service with unique local recommendations. Rooms were spacious and quiet, some offering great views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was a nice spread with good coffee. Plus, early morning fruit and banana bread were available for those with early flights.

They provided great advice on driving and road signs, which was extremely useful for our trip. the hotel also had a beautiful garden and a refreshing pool, which was perfect for winding down and relaxing. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport made it convenient for us to rest after our late arrival and to easily access our car rental the next day.

One minor issue we had was that there were bright patio lights outside the rooms that stayed on throughout the night. Personally, I prefer a darker environment during the night.

There was a group of noisy and disruptive guests during our stay. They were loud at dinner, made a lot of noise at the pool, and were drinking excessively.
