Our stay at Radisson was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The room was soundproof and clean, ensuring a peaceful stay. The amenities for Radisson Rewards gold members were top-notch, with a room upgrade and special treatment for my mother as well. We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as reserving a parking space for us and even providing amenities for our pet. The breakfast was superb, with a wide selection to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Krakow.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service

During our stay at the Radisson hotel in Krakow, we were thrilled with the excellent location. Being just a short walk away from the main square and surrounded by charming restaurants and shops made exploring the city a breeze. We were also impressed with the friendly service our entire stay, especially from Monika at the reception who was both professional and welcoming. Our room, while not luxurious, was clean and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a decent selection, although it didn't quite reach the level of a 5-star experience. The spa, though small, had attentive staff, but the noise from the adjacent gym was a bit bothersome. Despite these minor downsides, the convenient location and overall pleasant experience would definitely make us consider staying at the Radisson hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for a enjoyable and convenient stay in Krakow.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. the service provided was exceptional, from the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly staff at the restaurant. the luxurious spa and massage services were just what we needed to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. the exclusive amenities in our room added to the luxurious experience, with the in-room breakfast being a highlight. the bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax with a drink and the location was perfect for seeing all the sights.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to tram stops and only a minute's walk from the old town. the view from the room was amazing, I loved sitting in front of the window and staring at the stunning castle. Another great aspect was the free use of the sauna for guests, it was a nice bonus and I really enjoyed it. the staff at the hotel were super nice and competent, they made my stay fantastic and trouble-free. the room itself was quiet and comfortable, with a Nespresso coffee maker and toiletries provided in the bathroom.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not a lot of options and the cooked breakfast I ordered was overcooked. there was no maid service during my three-night stay, so I didn't have any new towels.

The hotel was ideally located close to all our desired tourist spots, including the main square, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. There was no distinct area for children to play in the lounge which could have been a downside for families with young kids.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed, from the center to the castle. It was just a short walk to the main square in the centre of this city. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing us with plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from.

The personalized welcoming message and fruit basket in our room made us feel special. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of the castle and main square. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Overall a great stay.

The prices for laundry services are quite high compared to other hotels, and the hotel bar can be expensive compared to bars outside.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and professional. the location was great, close to the old town and easily accessible by public transportation. the room was spacious and well-furnished with a fantastic view. the breakfast had a wide selection of tasty options.

The noise from trams passing by at night, although the room was well sound-proofed, so it wasn't a major issue. the pillows were a bit too soft and flat for my liking.
