Our stay at Playa Negra was fantastic! the location right on the beach was perfect for surfers. the open-air restaurant offered delicious Costa Rican food with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed seeing local wildlife like monkeys and birds. The beach and pool were steps away, creating a stunning setting for sunsets. Cons: Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The yoga deck overlooking the beach was the perfect spot for an early morning session, while my husband had a blast surfing. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Michelle at reception, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. And let's not forget the adorable dogs roaming around, adding to the family atmosphere. Despite a few bugs at night, the overall experience was unforgettable.
