I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and impeccable grounds. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a pool, Jacuzzi, and even hammocks and chairs to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the volcano. The location was perfect, with lots of nature surrounding the hotel and breathtaking views of the volcano. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

I was amazed by the beauty of the property at Roca Negra Del Arenal. The cleanliness was exceptional, surpassing what the pictures showed. Its proximity to Arenal volcano and hot springs was perfect, and there were plenty of local amenities nearby. The breakfast offered was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I even had the pleasure of spotting a hummingbird outside our room. I can't praise this place enough!

The hotel location is convenient as it is near several hot springs resorts and a waterfall with a 20-minute drive. You can walk into town within 20 minutes where you can find various restaurants and a supermarket. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the volcano and a private patio table and chairs with an umbrella. Rooms are clean and have air conditioning that works perfectly fine. The staff are friendly and helpful in giving advice about the activities in the area.

The Wi-Fi connection is patchy in some areas of the hotel, which might bother some guests who need a steady internet connection.
