The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

One drawback was that the rooms could use some updating. the decor felt a bit outdated and could be refreshed.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the quick working heater and comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing me with extra coffee for my room and helpful recommendations for nearby dining options. They even managed to get me a room on the top floor as per my request. The breakfast location was easy to find and offered a good variety of fresh and appetizing food and drinks.

The Best Western in Rayne is definitely worth the money. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice beds. The staff, especially John and Crystal, were friendly and made us feel at home. The hotel's location was convenient and the front desk was helpful in recommending nearby places to eat.

The only improvement needed would be the menu for breakfast. However, overall, the stay was fantastic and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my future trips to Texas.
