The view from the pools was stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. We also appreciated the accommodating staff who went out of their way to meet our needs, even preparing a special early breakfast for us. Additionally, the multiple pools with varying temperatures offered a range of options to suit our preferences.

There were several aspects that we found disappointing. the room lacked essential amenities, such as a working bathroom heater and reliable A/C.

The pools were amazing, with beautiful flowers and leaves floating in them. The three-tiered pools were my favorite, even though they were the dirtiest. I could spend plenty of time enjoying the middle pool. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the view of the volcano was fantastic. The price was surprisingly cheap, and with a car, there were plenty of great restaurants to visit.

I felt very special during my stay at Hotel & Hot Springs Sueno Dorado - no complaints at all!

We stayed at Hotel & Hot Springs Sueno Dorado for a few days with our families and had an amazing time. The kids especially loved the hot and cold pools, which are filled with natural spring water right at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were treated to breathtaking views of the nearby volcano. Plus, the price was very affordable, and there was convenient parking available. a fantastic experience!

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was amazed by the stunning view of the volcano and the beautiful garden in the outdoor area. It created a peaceful and serene ambiance that was perfect for relaxation. Another great aspect was the natural hot spring pools. It was a unique experience to switch from the hot pool to the cold pool and feel the rejuvenating effects of the natural spring water. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

On the downside, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the breakfast options were limited, offering only a typical Costarican breakfast.

The pools had perfect temperatures and provided a relaxing experience. It was great to have hot springs on site, avoiding the need to find another place to visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel also had beautiful gardens.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the comfortable room and the smart TV with Netflix. The spacious room was comfortable and the swimming pools with hot springs water were a real treat. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning worked well. I also enjoyed the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel.

Although the bathroom heater didn't work well when I arrived, it was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the WiFi was only available in the reception area, but it wasn't a major issue for me.
