The staff at the hotel was exceptional, they were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. the hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the area. the massage experience on the beach was truly amazing, with the soothing sound of the waves and the gentle breeze making it even more relaxing.

Communication about transportation to the hotel was lacking, which resulted in us getting stuck in a town overnight due to ferry timings. It would have been helpful if the hotel had provided more information about transportation options before our arrival.

Loved the lush surroundings and abundance of hammocks. the beach was right there and the staff were friendly and chatty. the on-site restaurant had good food and the staff spoke good English. Enjoyed the howler monkeys in the hotel grounds. Great hotel for relaxing.

Had a problem with a skunk rummaging around our beachside bungalow, resulting in a horrendous smell and having to move rooms. Suggest that the hotel does something about the outside bins to address this issue.

The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and even a kitchen for convenience. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring that the rooms are cleaned daily. The value for money is exceptional, with prices that won't break the bank. Additionally, the hotel offers the option of having breakfast included, making it even more convenient for guests.

The pool was refreshing, and there were plenty of lounge chairs and hammocks for relaxation. The spa was an amazing experience, with world-class massages and treatments amidst the sounds of the rain, waves, and jungle. The concierge was extremely accommodating, helping us book tours and activities, and even saving us money by reviewing our charges before checkout. The service provided by all the staff was kind, courteous, and polite. I would definitely book again. a beautiful resort in a stunning location.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa Santa Teresa for five days and it was absolutely amazing. The location of the hotel was incredibly beautiful and it had the best outdoor patio and pool space I've ever seen. The air conditioning in the rooms was great and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and spotless. The hotel was surrounded by a stunning jungle environment where I saw monkeys, iguanas, butterflies, and lizards. The staff were all very friendly and the restaurant had a delicious menu, especially their Seafood Sunday and Taco Tuesday specials. The hotel also had a wonderful yoga studio with ocean views and a great spa. I highly recommend this hotel for an all-inclusive experience with a natural and luxurious setting.

I had a blast at this beachfront hotel! Steps away from the water, a fun open-air beach restaurant, and a convenience store. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had some delicious options. The hammocks and beach chairs in the shade near the bar/pool area were perfect for watching the surfers and enjoying a good book. The sunsets here are absolutely stunning!

The bathroom was subpar, appearing old and worn out. Renovations are desperately needed to improve the overall quality of the hotel.

The layout of the cabins can be a bit confusing, requiring some walking to reach the beach and other facilities.

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall was impeccable. The hotel also has a convenient parking area and is located within walking distance of the town center.

Their knowledge and instruction were top-notch, making our yoga experience truly enjoyable. We are already planning our next visit to Costa Rica because of the incredible yoga at this hotel.
