The hotel is located in the outskirts of Turrialba, surrounded by beautiful gardens and close to some indigenous forest. The common area is well-designed with plenty of comfortable chairs to relax in. The rooms are equipped with king-size beds, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast provided is delicious and included in the room price.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful views of sugar cane fields. It is conveniently located within walking distance to a small hamlet with a grocery shop. the staff at the hotel, especially the chef and head of cleaning, were friendly and accommodating. the room provided was comfortable and spotlessly clean. the hotel also offered efficient laundry services.

One downside was that there was no hot water plumbed into the sink, which seemed strange. the hotel's water-saving measures resulted in having to take a shower for a morning wash, which may have used more water.

Enjoyed a lovely New Year's stay at a hotel close to nature. the pool and spa were great for relaxation and the hammocks offered ideal spots for birdwatching. the staff offered excellent service and the restaurant's exceptional food portions were a favorite.

The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom was poorly lit which made tasks like shaving and makeup application difficult. However, our spacious room was tidy and comfortable.

We particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the opportunity to capture stunning photos of toucans and other birds in the surrounding area. As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay.
