I faced significant issues with the shuttle bus service. It took too long to reach the Haram, and the drop-off point was ridiculously far from the entrance. Additionally, the noise from the AC compressors outside my room was unbearable, and when I complained, the staff offered no solution.

Those toilets are painfully small!!! Water goes everywhere during showers!!! WiFi never worked, and toiletries were missing for half the room!!! Another thing, the shuttle buses to Haram are painfully infrequent!!!

the bathrooms are tiny , making it hard to move around. the breakfast buffet is excellent with Arabic and continental options. nearby shops and restaurants are super convenient. also, the staff are really accommodating and kind.

We liked the room service and enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. The area was nice for nearby restaurants. We took the kids to the local kids' area, and they had a good time. The hotel was overall decent despite some minor drawbacks.

One thing though, the shuttles to the Haram weren't always on time, and that caused us a bit of hassle at times, especially during busy hours. It would have been better if they were more frequent.

The Makkah Bus stop was right outside, super convenient to get to the Haram! Also, the staff was nice helping us out with local info.

loved the fantastic view and close proximity to the bus station for easy trips to the mosque. breakfast had a solid spread, and staff really understood english, making things smooth and stress-free.
