The hotel beds were not very comfortable, but it didn't deter us from enjoying our stay.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace. the staff, especially the reception team, was dedicated and helped us with our transportation needs. the hotel grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the restaurant, Rancho Bar, provided a perfect beachfront setting for watching sunsets. the location in Jaco was ideal, and the value for money was fantastic.

Waking up in the morning and enjoying the stunning view of the beach was unbeatable. the staff, including Jose, Alda, and others, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance. the hotel also has well-maintained pools and a restaurant with delicious food, including outstanding wood-fired pizzas.

Had a great Easter break at a beachfront property. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks and the fact that we could park our car for free. the location was just perfect, with stunning beach views and easy access to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the privacy we had in our spacious room with fantastic amenities.

The musty smell in the room was unbearable, making us feel uncomfortable. the staff were friendly, but some were a bit unprofessional.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to local restaurants, stores, and beaches. There were a few areas where improvement could be made. the breakfast options were quite limited compared to other hotels in the area.
