We had the most incredible stay at a beautiful location with fabulous views. Our spacious room had a great balcony where we could watch birds and monkeys in the treetops. The hotel staff were charming and provided excellent hospitality. We also enjoyed the amazing pool and sun lounge area with stunning views. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. We couldn't have imagined a better location on top of a hill, away from the chaos. The staff pampered us with amazing service, including room service and car hire. Moreover, the in-room facilities such as air conditioning, electric kettle, free wi-fi, and flat-screen TVs were satisfying. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the spa treatments were relaxing. All in all, we highly recommend this venue.

The breakfast changed daily and had a great variety. The view from the balcony was amazing, with sightings of monkeys, toucans, the ocean, and the forest. The Honeymoon suite was impressive with everything in the room.

They went above and beyond to make our stay special, even helping with a surprise proposal. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with stunning views from the terrace. We were impressed by the abundance of wildlife we saw from the hotel, more than what we saw in the nearby national park. the hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to restaurants, bars, and souvenir stores. We also appreciated the option of a golf cart or shuttle bus for transportation.

The hotel could benefit from updating some of its facilities to bring it into the 21st century. Additionally, we found the selection of wines to be poor and overpriced.

We got incredible value for our money at Issimo Suites. The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The location was stunning, with monkeys playing in the trees right from our balcony. The staff treated us like royalty, going above and beyond to create the perfect romantic setting for my boyfriend to propose by the poolside.

The breakfast option could be improved by adding more local and Spanish music to create a more authentic atmosphere.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Issimo Suites. The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking and the size of the suite exceeded our expectations. The breakfast, although not always using the freshest produce, was still enjoyable. The stable wifi and comfortable parking added to the convenience of our stay. The beach access, although a bit challenging, was well worth it once we reached the beautiful Playa Biesanz.
