My stay at Issimo Suites was delightful, thanks to the stunning views from my spacious room that overlooked the ocean and lush jungle. The staff were incredibly kind, greeting me with a complimentary welcome drink and assisting with restaurant recommendations. I also enjoyed observing various wildlife, including playful white-faced monkeys right from my balcony, which added to the magical experience.

The beach access requires a steep trek.

Unique ocean views from our penthouse suite were breathtaking. The trek to the beach was quite steep and challenging. We enjoyed the themed dinner night with delicious seafood. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed in the Pent-house suite with Sea View for 7 nights. It had a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a balcony with stunning ocean views. The pool was always open, great for relaxing. Daily breakfast was fresh and delicious. Spotting monkeys and toucans was a highlight. The staff, especially Geiner, made our stay special with their attentive service.

I had a fantastic experience with an incredible room featuring floor-to-ceiling windows offering fabulous ocean views! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making me feel at home. The complimentary drinks and cold towels provided upon arrival were a refreshing touch after the journey.

The steep uphill walk back from town can be quite a workout.

Consider requesting a room away from the dining area if you prefer quiet mornings.

Sipping cocktails while watching monkeys and macaws from our suite's balcony was unforgettable. The staff’s attention to detail made us feel at home, especially with personalized gestures like celebrating my birthday at breakfast.

However, there are some quirks that need addressing. My hotel safe was broken, and several ceiling lights and wall light switches in my room didn’t work. There’s no elevator, so be ready for a workout going up and down the stairs, which can be inconvenient. Finding the place was tricky due to winding roads and poor visibility, especially if you're relying on spotty internet for directions. These details could put a damper on an otherwise beautiful stay.

Had an unreal view from our room, but the shower was broken and the water went everywhere. Staff were choice! Breakfast selection could use a boost, thought it was a bit average.

Waking up to those stunning ocean views was unreal! The brekkie was lekker, and the staff were just the best, always smiling and ready to help—felt like family, ja! Plus, seeing monkeys right from our balcony was a total treat!

Only thing was that the beach access was a bit of a trek, but woah, totally worth it once you got there!

was super happy with our stay! the views from the balcony were outta this world, and having coffee while watching the monkeys was the best. the staff were amaziiin, they helped us set up our tours and even surprised me with a birthday cake! the jacuzzi tub on the balcony was perfect for relaxing at night. overall felt really special here!

but the walk to the beach is hella steep, and our shower was kinda broken, water was everywhere.

Spent 3 nights in a stunning Master Suite with floor-to-ceiling views that left us in awe, and the complimentary drinks on arrival were such a nice touch! We loved unwinding in the outdoor swimming pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a day at the beach. Just a heads up—getting to the beach is a bit of a trek, so wear comfy shoes! 🌊

Gorgeous views! Staff very friendly and helpful. Free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great! Pool bar snacks excellent. Noisy at night made it hard to sleep.
