The hotel had a beautiful design and the rooms were tastefully decorated. the staff was professional and provided excellent service. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and other attractions in the city.

There were some minor issues with the service such as slow response time and some miscommunication. the restaurant had timing issues with the serving of the dishes and the acoustics made it difficult to have a conversation.

I recently stayed at Kawilal Hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway. The rooms were new and clean, and I really enjoyed the included breakfasts. The pool and jacuzzi were both nice, and the thermal spas down below were absolutely heavenly. The hotel staff were amazing and super helpful, especially Cristina, Ingrid, and Astrid. The spa massage was fantastic and helped release tension in my shoulder. my stay was comfortable, the room design was pleasing, and I felt like a brand new person after my visit.

The thermal circuit at Santa Teresita Spa was absolutely amazing. The warm pools and soothing treatments were exactly what we needed for relaxation. The location of the hotel was not ideal, as there were not many things to do in the surrounding area. the food quality, especially for the New Year's Eve dinner, was not up to par for the price paid.

Loved the modern architecture and beautiful grounds. the room was comfortable and unique, with an amazing shower and bath to relax in after a long day. the breakfast was delicious and included in the room rate, and the pool and jacuzzi were both warm and enjoyable. the hotel provided a safe and secure environment, and was located in a convenient spot for exploring the nearby town and attractions.

The noise from the town below was a bit disruptive in the mornings, with loud music starting as early as 7am. the restaurant food was okay, but not outstanding.

This hotel is situated in a less desirable area of the town, but it makes up for it with its beautiful view of the nearby volcano. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some even have a nice view. The staff is extremely helpful and the service is top-notch. The breakfast is great, especially when enjoyed by the pool. The hotel also offers access to a nearby spa, where you can indulge in various spa treatments and enjoy the thermal pools fed by the volcano.
