The hotel had a beautiful design and the rooms were tastefully decorated. The staff was professional and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and other attractions in the city.

There were some minor issues with the service such as slow response time and some miscommunication. The restaurant had timing issues with the serving of the dishes and the acoustics made it difficult to have a conversation.

I recently stayed at Kawilal Hotel for a relaxing weekend getaway. The rooms were new and clean, and I really enjoyed the included breakfasts. The pool and jacuzzi were both nice, and the thermal spas down below were absolutely heavenly. The hotel staff were amazing and super helpful, especially Cristina, Ingrid, and Astrid. The spa massage was fantastic and helped release tension in my shoulder. my stay was comfortable, the room design was pleasing, and I felt like a brand new person after my visit.
