I recently stayed at Hotel Docelunas for a week and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a comfortable bed, couch, and desk area. The bathroom was also large and well-equipped. The breakfast options were great, with choices for Costa Rican, American, or continental breakfast. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a large garden full of trees and flowers. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially with the added whirlpool for four people. The water temperature was perfect, ranging from 28-31°C. I also have to mention Jesse at the front desk, who provided excellent service, and Brian, the manager, who went above and beyond to help us. The customer care was top-notch.

The hotel had a beautiful pool area, delicious complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, and stunning grounds.

the location up in the mountains, surrounded by forest, was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I particularly loved the sitting area on the terrace, where I spent many afternoons reading my book and enjoying the peace and quiet. Additionally, the spa and wellness center provided the perfect way to relax after a day of hiking and exploring.

The hotel's facilities were wonderful, especially the large pool with a waterfall and jacuzzi set in the lovely garden. The staff was great and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, being secluded enough to offer tranquility but still within walking distance to Jaco.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice surprise. the hotel is in a perfect location, only a short walk from the beach and the town center. the pool and garden were beautifully maintained and very relaxing.

The location was ideal, tucked into the back of a quiet neighborhood but still only a 20-30 minute walk to the town center and beach. this was the best place to stay in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the friendly staff.
