I recently stayed at Hotel Docelunas for a week and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with a comfortable bed, couch, and desk area. The bathroom was also large and well-equipped. The breakfast options were great, with choices for Costa Rican, American, or continental breakfast. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with a large garden full of trees and flowers. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially with the added whirlpool for four people. The water temperature was perfect, ranging from 28-31°C. I also have to mention Jesse at the front desk, who provided excellent service, and Brian, the manager, who went above and beyond to help us. The customer care was top-notch.

The hotel had a beautiful pool area, delicious complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, and stunning grounds.

the location up in the mountains, surrounded by forest, was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I particularly loved the sitting area on the terrace, where I spent many afternoons reading my book and enjoying the peace and quiet. Additionally, the spa and wellness center provided the perfect way to relax after a day of hiking and exploring.

We also loved the fact that the hotel was just a short walk from the vibrant town, where we could experience the local culture and enjoy delicious meals at nearby restaurants. The location was perfect, offering the best of both worlds.

We had a fantastic stay at this amazing tropical paradise hotel. The grounds were breathtaking and the staff was amazing. The pool was very nice and clean, with a great little waterfall and grotto. The rainforest gardens created an oasis of tranquility and beauty. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast while listening to the monkeys and jungle sounds. The location was ideal, tucked into the back of a quiet neighborhood but still only a 20-30 minute walk to the town center and beach. this was the best place to stay in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and the friendly staff.
