I recently stayed at a resort in a great location, at the end of the beach, and I had a fantastic and relaxing stay. The vibe was relaxed and easy-going, but the staff were serious and efficient. They made me feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The resort was always clean, and the Tiki Hut had delicious food at great prices. I loved that I could rent surf boards and take lessons right on the beach. The massage facilities were also a great addition. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

The views of the beach were simply breathtaking. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered a range of facilities and services, including a spa & wellness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful beach. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Beautiful beach with stunning sunsets. Tiki Bar offers delicious meals. The staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Quiet location on the south end of town. "El Miro" hike provides a fantastic view of the area.

Great pool with cabanas and close to the beach. Friendly staff answered my questions. Made last-minute reservations and the security guard gave me a spare key to a vacant room. Enjoyed delicious food and friendly servers. Took surf lessons and enjoyed the beautiful beach. Would stay here again.

We loved the unique black sand beach at Laguna Resort & Beach Club! It was perfect for swimming and relaxing. The on-site Tiki Bar was great for drinks and food too. we enjoyed our stay.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I absolutely loved the beautiful location right on the beach. It was such a treat to wake up and have quick access to the beach for a morning walk or swim. the swimming pool may not be huge, but it was just the right size for a relaxing dip. Another great aspect was the restaurant with its excellent food and reasonable prices. It was so convenient to enjoy delicious meals without having to go to the busier restaurants in the area.

One of the aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy was the distance from the center of town. While it was a few miles away, it meant that I had to take an Uber or taxi to downtown Jaco for any nightlife or more bustling atmosphere.

Had a fantastic experience at this beachfront resort in Jaco. the view from the room was amazing, especially from the tub. Enjoyed the beach the following morning, it was peaceful as it's the slow season. Also, felt safe with the locked gate at night and the presence of the staff.

There were a few inconveniences during our stay. the room we booked initially was different from what we were given.

The beachfront location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic! We loved being just steps away from the beautiful beach, where we could relax and enjoy the sun and sand. the pool area was also very nice, with comfortable loungers and a great atmosphere.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of amenities in the room. the curtains in the room did not fully cover the windows, letting in an excess amount of light in the early morning.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the on-site restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious food paired with local flavors. We also loved the fact that the hotel had its own surf camp, where we had a blast learning to surf with the help of the friendly instructor, Alex. the location was perfect, with the beach and the Tiki Bar just steps away from our room. the hotel provided a culturally integrated and safe vacation experience.

the photos on the website were not an accurate representation of the hotel, and our room had some mold on the walls. It seems like the hotel is in need of renovation to bring it up to its former glory.

The location was quite away from all the nightlife and close to the beach, which was a plus. The room had a good shower with hot water and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room smelled strongly of mold and was dank and humid, with stained bedsheets.

Convenient location on the quieter end of the beach, within walking distance to all amenities. Friendly and accommodating receptionist who allowed us early check-in. Tasty food and drinks at the Tiki Bar with great music and scenic views. Polite and helpful staff including a standout employee named Judith. Quieter and smaller than expected.

We got great value for our money at Laguna Resort And Beach Club. The room was cozy and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and Main Street in Jaco. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.
