The location was a bit dodgy at night, and the breakfast was pretty basic, but the staff were super friendly and the room was clean and comfy. Chur!

The hotel had a lovely garden space with a view, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The bathroom fixtures, particularly the shower, could use some renovation as they seemed outdated and didn't function properly.

Had a canny time! The staff were a proper gem, especially Giuseppe who saved our night with his quick thinking. Breakfast was decent, although it could use a bit more variety. My only downside was an outdated shower knob, but nothing too mad. Would go back!

oh, the breakfast was so limited, I could hardly call it a meal. I expected something far more indulgent. Not to mention the outdated decor and a broken shower knob that was impossible to operate. I also would have appreciated a welcome gift for my trouble, but alas, apparently regular guests don't warrant such treatment.

Comfortable bed, inviting bar area, with a lovely outdoor space featuring plenty of seating options for relaxing, and the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the metro station connecting you directly to the main attractions.

We had a lovely family stay at a hotel with a great location near the metro, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying delicious breakfasts. The kids loved walking to the nearby park and we appreciated the clean, spacious family room.

In my wife’s opinion, the shower knob was tricky.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay, especially the easy access to public transport. The bus stop right outside was a lifesaver for exploring the city. Our family room was spacious, and the staff were helpful with local tips. Don't miss the breakfast—plenty of fresh pastries to start your day!

stayed at pinewood hotel and it was pretty chill. the breakfast was way better than i thought, like lots of tasty pastries and eggs. the staff was super friendly and spoke good english. there’s a nice park right across the street for some fresh air. clean rooms made it even better!

but man, the walls are kinda thin so i could hear my neighbors sometimes. also, the hot water ran out twice during my shower, which was a bummer.

The location is convenient with a bus stop outside and the metro just a short walk away. Plus, the nearby supermarket and Italian restaurants are a nice touch for quick bites. Our room was clean and simple but had all we needed for a short stay. The receptionist was super helpful, providing us transport tips and a map to navigate the area!

Felt most welcome, no complaints whatsoever.
