Loved waking to jungle sounds every morning.

A peaceful retreat with charming bungalows and delightful homemade meals. The chocolate tour was unforgettable! Highly recommend for a genuine nature escape. 🌿🍫

Staying here was just magical! The trails, especially the Araña, had us spotting wildlife galore. And ag man, the cabins were so lekker, all wooden and comfy, with gentle nature sounds putting us to sleep. Plus, those friendly dogs on the trail totally added to the vibe!

Only thing was, I wished we had a bit better WiFi for some quick planning when in our cabin.

Staying with my large family was a blast! We loved the adventurous waterfall excursion and the captivating chocolate tour. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the peaceful vibe was just what we needed. Waking up to those exotic bird songs was a treat!

I spent time in a cabin with a hammock and rocking chairs, which I found relaxing. The early dinner at 6 allowed the staff to return home, which I appreciated. Participating in the chocolate tour highlighted the local community support. It was calming to wake up to nature sounds. I enjoyed the company of the friendly dogs on the property, which enhanced my experience.

Wifi was spotty and only by the main building, which can be limiting for planning.

However, the remoteness meant relying on our vehicle for access, and Wi-Fi was only accessible near the common areas, which made planning activities a challenge.

It was just an ideal choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Colonia Dos Rios with excellent value for money. The yoga platform surrounded by the rainforest made it so easy to unwind and feel at peace. Make sure to pack your 4x4 for the drive. the last stretch is a bit rough.
