The family running the lodge is extremely accommodating and the complimentary hot breakfast is delicious and generous. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable with hot showers. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The staff provides great itinerary suggestions and even offers airport shuttle service.

Felt very homey, no complaints at all.

Our stay at Natural Green was incredible. We got great value for our money with a cute and comfortable cabin in a quiet and safe location. The staff, especially Karen, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable vacation.

Menu for breakfast could use more variety, with options for those who prefer something other than traditional Costa Rican breakfast.

The cleanliness was outstanding, with a spotless room and bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful garden and a river nearby. The location was perfect, as it was close to Arenal Volcano and other attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

Karen and Jairo were amazing hosts, attentive and helpful. Beautiful garden with toucans. Spacious and comfortable room with great amenities. Thoughtful surprise gifts for celebration. Excellent breakfast by Karen, best in Costa Rica. Karen and Jairo provided airport shuttle. Sunday dinner and traditional meal cooking class. Great location to explore area. Beautiful cabin with lovely porch. Delicious included breakfast.

My wife and I had the best vacation ever at Natural Green. The owners, Karen and her husband, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special. The grounds were beautiful, and the lodge was clean and comfortable. The powerful and hot shower was a pleasant surprise. The delicious breakfast options catered to our preferences, and the location was close to Chantel Verde, a great restaurant. The staff, though limited in English, were friendly and helpful, even offering free laundry service.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and the hosts, Karen and Jairo, were so friendly and accommodating. They made our experience even better. the location is perfect if you have a car, just a short drive to the center of town and to the Waterfall. the breakfast provided was delicious and Karen is an amazing cook. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Natural Green!

We got great value for our money at Natural Green. The cabin room was cute and met our needs perfectly. The location was quiet and off the beaten path, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff, especially Karen, were exceptional and super helpful with arranging transportation and activities in the area. The atmosphere was laid back and the breakfast was excellent. The lush and tropical grounds were well maintained and added to the overall beauty of the place.

natural green exceeded my expectations during an overnight stay in la fortuna. the cute wooden cabin felt private, with a powerful hot shower and beautiful grounds. the location was great for accessing town and nearby attractions. the on-site family was very nice and helpful, arranging a massage for me.

No clothes hanging space in the rooms.
