We received free room upgrades and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping and sightseeing, with many attractions nearby. Plus, we appreciated the easy parking and helpful entrance staff.

Our stay was marred by a few issues. The property is located in a noisy, construction-filled area with a dark alley leading up to the hotel, making it feel unsafe at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to get around KL. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. We especially loved the longer breakfast time and the fact that we could enjoy a delicious meal before starting our day. The late check-out option was a huge bonus and showed that the hotel truly cares about their customers. Keep up the great work!
