The hotel had amazing views, especially during sunset. The chalets were spacious and had comfortable beds. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the evening meals were pretty good. The location was convenient for exploring the Arenal region and we enjoyed hiking in the local area and spotting several toucans near the lake.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

la mansion inn arenal was the perfect christmas getaway. the views, paintings, and management were amazing. the food was beyond delicious and the staff went above and beyond. the property was charming and authentic, just like the pictures. highly recommend this stay near la fortuna.

We had one of our best experiences in Costa Rica at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help us with a car problem, which was completely our fault. They were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cabina we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a wonderful view of the lake. The hotel facilities were great, and the location was perfect for hikes in the local area and exploring Arenal Lake. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, location.

Everything was fantastic.

The breakfast was amazing, served by friendly staff in a stunning location. The view of the lake, horses, and fireflies at night was gorgeous. The sound of birds in the morning while enjoying coffee and watching the clouds was magical. The staff were lovely and the apartment had beautiful colors and artwork. The food at the restaurant was the best in the area and the pool was perfect. The hotel is also pet-friendly, making it comfortable for travelers with their furry friends.

The hotel also had a gorgeous outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning scenery. this hotel provided an enhanced level of comfort and quality service that exceeded my expectations.

Lovely views of the lake and volcanoes , especially from the infinity pool. Horse ride and cheese tasting were interesting activities. Authentic Costa Rican cottages with all the amenities needed. Friendly staff and a central location with nearby restaurants. The owner, Peggy, was a gracious host.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was fabulous, even better than the pictures. We enjoyed great views from everywhere in the hotel, and it was just a short walk to the beautiful Arenal lake right in front of us. The rooms/chalets were huge and excellent value for money, with bright colors of paintings of Costa Rican natural animals. The facilities were superb, including a private pool and a jacuzzi. The staff were lovely and very helpful, and the restaurant served delicious food with efficient service. The breakfast had lots of options and was really good. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the views of the lake and landscape were simply amazing.

The views from the villa were absolutely breathtaking, with horses grazing in the field and the lake in the distance. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. the pool and hot tub were great for relaxing and enjoying the stunning view.

There were limited dining options nearby, making it necessary to eat at the onsite restaurant. the restaurant played the same Muzak soundtrack for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which became repetitive and tiresome.

Breathtaking lake view from our private villa at La Mansion Inn Arenal. The onsite restaurant also offers a panoramic view of the lake. The staff was friendly and provided helpful suggestions for day trips. We enjoyed the horseback ride through the dense forest and hilltop views. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

Some rooms had odd aesthetics and unusual steps. There were issues with the A/C in one of the rooms.

Amazing views of Lake Arenal, spacious accommodation, delicious and generous restaurant meals, friendly and helpful staff.
