Had a blast at this social hostel! Staff and guests were extremely friendly and created a great party atmosphere. Helpful tour desk provided honest recommendations. DIY breakfast had plenty of options and spacious bathrooms with warm water were a plus. The host was amazing, offering helpful advice and a fun card game. Central location near a great coffee place. Highly recommend this hostel!

the staff at Backpackers was exceptionally friendly and helpful. the facilities at the hostel were comfortable, including hot water , large common areas, and comfortable beds. the strong wifi even enabled me to have a glitch-free work call through Microsoft Teams. I loved the chill vibe of the hostel, making it easy to connect with other travelers and have a great time. the hostel is conveniently located near town and a supermarket. the staff was knowledgeable about activities and bus schedules, which made exploring the area a breeze. the breakfast provided was great, with options like cereal, coffee, eggs, and toast that you could make yourself. the cooking utensils were also nice to have.

Felt very cared for, nothing was too much trouble.

The location was perfect, close to all the activities and amenities we needed. the staff was incredibly helpful and organized all our activities for us, from ATV tour to horseback riding. They even handled a miscommunication with our shuttle for us, saving us time and money. the breakfast was included and had a good variety of options. Plus, meeting and chatting with other travelers was a highlight of the experience.

The pillows were not very comfortable and the hot water ran out quickly, resulting in lukewarm showers. Additionally, the dorm rooms felt a bit cramped, especially the 4-bed dorm.
