The hotel boasts a fantastic location and beautifully designed gardens. My room was spacious with great wildlife views. The restaurant served delicious food, but service was slow, and a snorkeling tour left much to be desired. There were also some concerns about unexpected charges and early morning cleaning knocks. a decent experience.

As a senior lady, I truly appreciated how accessible and easy to navigate the hotel was, allowing me to move around comfortably and enjoy all the charming spaces.

I would kindly request more seating with proper back support for a comfier stay for senior guests, as the children working there were sweet but didn't anticipate that.
